Center for Diverse and Thriving Organizations Cohort Application 2023

CDTO Description:

The Center for Diverse and Thriving Organizations is a training cohort created for BIPOC Executive Directors, Program Managers and Consultants - Leaders of Color - of nonprofit organizations to help level the playing field, compete, and better sustain the organization. And, to engage in collective work with others on common issues facing nonprofits.

The cohort is designed to be several sessions (virtual and in-person) over four months, to include points of: Accounting for Smaller Nonprofits, Leadership Development, Advocacy/Lobbying, Governance, Strategic Planning, Fundraising, Grant writing and Social Media Tactics.

Return CDTO Application no later than Monday, December 19, 2023. No applications will be accepted after that.

Program Perks

  • Participants will have the opportunity to compete for grant dollars by
    creating a 300-word fundraising proposal.
  • Participants work with graduate fundraising students at John Carroll University.
  • Local Legislative field experiences.
