A SHARED VISION Continued
The Jewish community’s desire was to go beyond their typical range of
support and wanted to know about UBF–the causes we support and
the need. Ann Garson, Grants Coordinator and Foundation Manager at
the Jewish Federation, took the information we provided about UBF
agencies and activities, and presented it to members of the Jewish
community. One family in particular was very interested in learning more.
Bob and Margo Roth, along with members of the Roth family, came to
UBF’s offices to learn more about our work. After getting to know each
other, the Roths announced that they would contribute $10,000 to
UBF–$5,000 to our general operating fund and $5,000 to the Richmond
Heights Coders.
