A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE:
THINK LOCALLY. ACT LOCALLY...
During the COVID-19 pandemic, and the stay-at-home protocol that
helped to flatten the curve in Ohio, United Black Fund of Greater
Cleveland continued on its mission by facilitating grants, collaborating with
our partners and providing counsel, advice and friendship to the agency
partners we serve.
Robbin Hudson, Community Program Manager, and Celeste Terry,
Grants Manager, were making weekly calls with the executive directors to
make sure they had the correct information and asking them what they
need. We are creating a network–a social web–to meet people where
they are.
It’s the power of UBF that is causing things to happen.
